Genre: Racing

The games is obviously rally and the graphics are very realistic and detailed. The game has its own new graphics engine and its own installation programme. The control that you have over the car is very good. The sounds and weather conditions are very well done, but the tracks are limited. With a great selection of cars and little tweaking points, it's the only car in the race.

The international version of this game is called Rally Championship. The game features over 20 (!) car manufacturer types; the Renault Megane Coupe, the Subaru Imprezza, the Mitsubishi Lancer, the Seat Cordoba, the Seat Ibiza, the Ford Escort RS2000, the Skoda Octavia, the Skoda Felicia, the Proton Wira, the Proton Compact, the Nissan Almera, the Nissan Micra, the Honda Civic, the Vauxhall Astra, the Volkswagen Golf, the Citroen Saxo, the Peugeot 106, the Peugeot 206 and the Hyundai Coupe. Of course anything could be changed. Each vehicle possesses advanced physics and new tumbling, collision jumping and damage routines that bring realistic interaction with the environment through full 360 degree panoramic movement. Magnetic Fields has even modelled the flowing water routines (by object and texture animation) that requires the windscreen wipers to be ativated to remove rain from the windscreen! More Features Of course the real-life stages and the realistic cars are not the only features included in the game. You'll be able to drive in Simulation (36 stages), Arcade (6 levels of 6 stages per level), Time Trial and Single play modes. In Simulation mode you can drive with all Formula 2 cars (no World Rally Cars) against the clock, with other cars 2 minutes behind and in front of you. In Arcade mode there will be lots of 'thrills and action' and you can race with every car included in the game. In Time Trial, like it says, it's you against the clock. In Single play you can race on every stage against someone else. This can be done via a 2 player split-screen, 4 player alternate or over several LAN and Internet links.

36 stages of the British Rally Championship are recreated
